“After much deliberation I went for the rust harness, matching lead and a Christmas collar! All three products are of excellent quality and well made, the believer making them an extra special. Hi Isabella, I'm sorry to see there were some delays in transit with your order. Unfortunately, international shipments can sometimes be delayed due to customs checks however I see the package is updating on the tracking and if for any reason your order is further delayed or becomes lost we will of course arrange replacements right away! Frustratingly once a package has been despatched there is nothing we can do to speed it along, other than choosing a more speedy delivery service from the start which is what we on international shipments as standard. We'll keep an eye on the tracking and hopefully it'll be with you very shortly. Best Regards Chris
