“Purchased item as a Christmas present waited many days for it to be delivered to then be emailed to say not in stock and given refund. Beware!! Items advertised that are not actually in stock!! Found exactly the same item elsewhere for better price and provided good customer service.”

We are sorry that for this item there was a crossover between selling in our physical store and online and the website was not updated in time before you purchased. We are honest and cannot say this has not happened before but is rare. There is no advantage at all if you think about it, in us advertising stock that we don't have. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience caused and are happy that you were able to find your item elsewhere.

“Love my rustic shutters I bought for my 200 year old cottage. I bought two for each if the deep window recesses. The shutters are not “handed” so I moved round the hinges on two of them so I could “close” them. 5 minute job ! Excellent customer service and quick delivery.”

“Gary went out of his way to ensure I got my order in time for a secret Santa. After a couple of very polite phone calls the order was prepared that evening and I paid an extra £3 for UPS, I received the item the next day at lunchtime…. Amazing given it was during a post strike! Thank you Soame interiors. Definitely recommend!”
