“Royal Mail failed to deliver this on 2 occasions and the person had to go and collect in a very inconvenient moment of their life. I'm not happy as the whole purpose of the gift was made rudendant.”

“I haven’t personally tasted any of your product. I had ordered the luxury birthday cookies and chocolates gift hamper for a friends bday. He initially expressed his happiness when he received it, the way it looked. Later on, after tasting the cookie and chocolate range the hamper contained, he was extremely happy as they tasted very fresh and delicious I would recommend these to all and also continue to use the Smart Gift Solutions in the future”

“I ordered a man crate for a special birthday which was terrific. The bottle of beer (Old Speckled Hen) had name, age, date of birth and happy birthday on the label which given the time between ordering and delivery ( one day) was amazing. The crate itself is well constructed and will be useful elsewhere. The contents all had very good " use by" dates not that they were needed. I will be ordering another crate for another special birthday later in the year.”

“I live in the US and it was so easy to place an order for someone who lives in the UK rather than to get a gift, pay for shipping, go through customs and then the recipient. This made it easy and I will keep them in mind for future gifts. Selection was nice as well. It was a surprise and I'm not sure if she received the gift yet as I haven't heard from her but I will be sure to update you when she does. So any information of the delivery I am unsure of at this time.”
