“I'm quite surprised at how much I paid for this chocolate bouquet only to open it and find the chocolates everywhere! I had to reassemble almost the entire thing myself which is exactly what I paid not to do! And thank goodness this wasnt directly delivered to the recipient as I was considering to do when placing the order.”

“Overall very happy with my purchase! My brother loved the gift. Only thing is that the bouquet of chocolate doesn’t stay together very well so the presentation is a bit iffy. Also very good delivery time :)”

“After searching the internet for companies, I chose Smart Gift Solutions because I liked their large selection of items and prices. They had also offered a photo card which I would’ve wanted to use but for some reason, I wasn’t able to upload a photo. In any case, ordering it online was easy and my recipient received it 2 days later and loved it. Thanks for making that so easy for me, especially since I’m half way around the world in Honolulu, Hawaii!”

“I have one word to describe my encounter with Smart Gift Solutions - AMAZING!!! I made a last minute order which was handled with the utmost professionalism. Delivery was made on the day I requested. It was delivered with a small error on the customised label which I communicated to the team. To my delight a replacement gift was sent to the recipient a couple of days later. Needless to say we were and still are happy. “It was a BREAKFAST basket and I specifically asked for it to be delivered at 8 am, it arrived at 2 pm?? The mugs were a different design than the ones in the picture, the treats and tea were very good tho and great packaging.”

“ordered a gift of muffins and cookies, was unable to be delivered on the desired day (Thursday), but redelivery wasn't attempted again until Monday rather than the promised next business day advertised on the tracking. disappointing for baked goods to be kept over the weekend, and not be delivered fresh.. have ordered previously with no issues.. maybe the issue was with the courier..but disappointing.”
