“Delivery was handled well and the condition of the hamper was perfect. One word sums up the contents - Quality. The gift was for my wife and she was full of genuine praise and delight with what she found in the box. I too sampled some of the items and I found them all delicious.”

“My bestfriend got injured while he was hiking. Then he was in schedule for ankle surgery. I wish I was in UK to accompanying him but I am living thousand miles away from him. “Delivery took over 7 days when it was promised to be delivered in 2-3 days. I had arranged for a free birthday card with a photo attached but the card arrived with no picture printed, much to my disappointment.”

“I ordered a cheese and wine hamper for a friend’s birthday and had it sent direct to him. I was sent an e-mail saying it had been despatched and when it was likely to be delivered. I heard from my friend letting me know that it had been delivered and he was thrilled. I would definitely use Smart Gift Solutions again.”

“The gift itself was lovely, however I was disappointed with the personalisation… the sticker had clearly been ripped as it was placed on the box and rather than replace with a new one, it was simply repositioned and re-stuck which is not the high quality finish that would have hoped for as the year was clearly visible on the front of the box.”
