After a messy initial delivery schedule, it soon become clear the parcel delivery service was at fault. And no blame on smart gifts. My friend got exactly what i ordered, and in a timely manner once everything was cleared up. I want to comment melanie for keeping me up to date, and keeping track. In the end i'm very happy with what was delivered, and the customer service i have recieved. Will definitely order here again.

I was really disappointed with this. I bought it for my mum who had a fall, broke her arm and bumped her face. I thought the bear was very cute and perfect for her. When it arrived and she sent a pic, the bear was completely different and very poor quality. I’ve contacted Smart Gifts. They said sorry, but that was it. I’d like a partial refund for the difference in quality but they seem to be ignoring me. Very unhappy and very misleading product details. Not good!!

I ordered these to be sent to a friend who needed cheering up. They arrived quite quickly, I wasn't sure how soon they would arrive being by post, but no problem. I didn't see these but my friend called to say they were great.

There are two problems. First, when I ordered it last Tuesday, I offered an address workable on the campus. I bought this gift for my friend, expecting it to come on last Friday. However, I didn't get it, and when I asked about the reason, I was told that the address is insufficient. - It is sufficient for Amazon, and any online platforms I have tried, so I don't know how you took it as insufficient and postponed sending the gift. And if you thought it was insufficient, it would be better if you could write an email to me to ask, rather than keep the gift in your storeroom until I asked you what happened... that's very frustrating. Second, the package is obviously wrong. I didn't know how to deal with it at first - unwrap it to check if it is the correct item or wait and send it to someone else. Although I got an answer finally, it did cause embarrassment and made me feel disappointed about the service you offer.
