“My order was missing 3 items. When I tried to contact customer service to resolve this it was more or less impossible to get a response. I am still trying to speak to someone.”

“I ordered several packs of St Eval tealights as they have the most amazing scents! There was a delay with the delivery but once they were made aware the customer service from Smallhill was second to none! My tealights arrived the next day with a gift as an apology. I will definitely be using them again.”

“I ordered fusion mineral paint. I received my parcel within 3x days. Packaging is fully recyclable. I’ve used this paint before and it covers in 2x coats and has a lovely Matt finish.”

“AFTER A DELAY WITH MY FIRST ORDER A WHILE AGO, I DECIDED TO ORDER AGAIN AND THE SERVICE NEXT TIME WAS EXCELLENT. FAST, HASSLE FREE DELIVERY AND THE CORNISH MILK PAINT WAS FANTASTIC. JUST WISH THERE WAS A LITTLE MORE STOCK AVAILABLE. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!”

“Very pleased with the wooden dog bed - nice choice of colours. I was surprised to have to build it myself and one joint at the front seems to slip out a bit. A medium size suits my springer spaniel perfectly, and not too high a step up. The mini mattress is cute.”
