“Ordered a sample board of brick slips. Free of charge and free delivery. 7 slips on the board so gives a perfect example as to what the finish would look like. And very quick delivery to boot!”

“Delivery was sent to the wrong address & we had a number of broken slips when they finally arrived. I am not sure who made the original delivery as it was elsewhere but it was a very pleasant courier who redelivered. Photo below shows the delivery dumped at the wrong address and one of the many boxes of broken slips.”

“12th August, I ordered 53 boxes from this company, reclaimed London stock slips. Each box contained 26 slips (0.5 mtr2). 2 days later, this company, offered 30 slips per box, at the same price, effectively lowering the cost. Therfore I lost out on 244 slips. To coin a phrase, "they moved the goalposts ". I was in contact with this company, before I placed my large order, I firmly beleive, that this company knew full well, of the change in policy. They let me go ahead and place my order, thereby a bigger profit. I received the amount I ordered, so this companies practice , was not illegal, but in my opinion morally wrong. I contacted them, re my concerns, I received a very wordy, patronising email, but no compensation. I would never use this company again. Should you choose to, make sure the figures and amounts are correct.. Please be aware, 26 slips, make up 0.5 mtr2 30 slips per box, leaves 4 slips over Take this into account, 6.5 boxes will give 0.5 mtr2 for free For every 13 boxes ordered, gives 1 mtr2 for free. I received 12 damaged slips, to which I was expecting, take this into account as well”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your experience Mr Gambell, unfortunately we cannot agree with your review of our service, and the misleading coverage figures quoted also. The London Reclaimed Yellow Stock is sold in boxes of 0.5m2, with this being a product that is handmade from clay, there is always fluctuations in the brick size of every batch, when this happens we amend our quantity per box to reflect this, so customers always get 0.5m2 per box as advertised, we do not do this for additional profit as suggested, we do this to comply with the relevant selling regulations we adhere to.

“We are deciding which brick slips to order from which company as we ordered a variety Slips for bricks samples looked the most promising and professional they arrived quickly in tack and displayed well Although we have not made our mind up yet I would highly recommend going forward”

“the product is excellent the staff also very polite but i found it very hard to order the slips as i was told i had to email what i wanted then wait for the price then agree to it then phone up and pay etc etc . "it should be click on said items place in basket and pay " regards c white renovations”
