“Ordered ok Delivered very quickly But just one question , why so many broken slips? Broken slips are about as useful as a handbrake on a canoe. Why can’t you send out whole ones? It’s what I paid for ! Rubbish dispatch and customer care ( without customers you’ll be known as unemployed)”

“Ordered 3 brick slip sample sets. All 3 arrived within 3-4 days, well packaged. 7 pieces per board so you are able to see a representative sample. All Free! Prices look competitive, so I am preparing to place an order.”

“Generally pleased but the brick slips looked a different colour to the photos on the website- much more red. Also at least 10-20% of tiles were broken on arrival - had to use them all though or would have been short. Look ok on wall though if you don’t look too close”

Hi Nick, I am sorry that you ended up with breakages. As our product is so fragile we do recommend that customers order 10% to try and account for any potential breakages. However, I am glad you were able to finish your project and thank you for a 4-star review.
