“Fabulasnprodubt only reason it's not a 5star is the fact that 1 in 8 are broken”

“Hassle free transaction, only problem was that I needed just over 2 boxes but was only left with 2 spare out of three boxes as a lot (at least 4 per box) were broken. Luckily my cuts were good otherwise I could have been in trouble.”

“Lovely brick slips, although two arrived damaged and delivery was expensive. I did contact to cancel the order when I realised delivery was £60. But I didn’t hear back from anyone and they were delivered regardless.”

“I received a text message from DHLto say that our parcel has been delivered and signed for by Mrs Cook, however I was away for a few days so was not around for to take delivery. But to contradict this there was a picture of the parcel on a doorstep, so I went and checked all doorsteps six houses each way of mine and not a single matching doorway or doorstep. So I have not received my slips but would still like some samples”

“Sample requested and sent out quickly in well packaged box. I couldn’t place an order as the thickness was too big for the area I needed it which was a shame. The samples were of great quality and well placed on a board. Would definitely recc and hope one day I can have the space to use them.”

“The product itself is good, no issue. But, the delivery was not up to standard at all. Although the goods had been covered with black plastic it was obvious the pallet had been left out in the rain. The adhesive and mortar packets were soaked through and the paper outer just pulp, the mix etc directions illegible as the paper had detiorated. The slips are generally packed well, but I lost 3 corners plus 2 straight slips as they are broken through probably through the handling. The delivery guy though was most helpful.”

“I did order 10% over as with any tile , but failed to realise they come pre broken, thus saving you time on site , as your tiler doesn't need to break them when fitting ..”
