“A couple of issued with broken slips but was sorted out quickly. I'm trying to fix these myself and asked for help before buying. However I've not received any. Youtube didn't seem to show fireplace installation. I note that other slip companies offer advice via chat.”

“The samples you sent are excellent but unfortunately they are too thick for the area we wanted to cover. You delivered promptly and the samples are a good size, allowing people to see the effect they would make.”
