“Delivery was when they said it would be delivered (within 7 -10 days) and the samples were so big it was easy to visulaize what one we wanted to pick from the choices we had made, and free delivery. We will definitely be going back to place our order but unfortunately this wont be untill 2025 due to our kitchen being refurbed! Thank you.”

“Ordered 4 samples and they came on at least a 20x20 wooden board displayed as if they were tiled. Excellent service delivered and will be placing an order next week when we’re available for the delivery!”

“The actual company and the product we're good but the items were lost due to DHL not even trying to deliver the items to my address and lazily just dumping at an undisclosed address. Then trying to get in touch with DHLs "none existent customer service"was near impossible . Potentially the most deliberately unhelpful company I have ever had to deal with.”

“Shocking service. Paid £60 delivery and numerous items arrived smashed. Upon contacting the customer service they were very unhelpful and not proactive around solving any issues. This resulted in them only being willing to refund me £6.40. Would not use this company again and would advise other to steer clear”
