“Bricks range from 3mm to 12 mm thick absolute nightmare to fix don’t buy if your a private customer who only wants £500 worth of bricks you will get the shit that’s leftover”

“I had a 4 hr round trip to return about 4 boxes. One of the boxes had 1 missing and they say they can only refund full boxes. Also even though i dropped them straight to the yard i was charged a substantial handling fee. I was not told this until i received a mail couple days later. So they have a full box minus 1 which i have paid in full. After numerous emails sent i never got a reply. Also about 10% of each box was broken. Not an issue as i used them for cuts. But they will not refund if any are broken.”

“I was pleased with the product (brick slips, adhesive etc.) and delivery, but the over-cautious online estimator meant I was left with an unopened sack of of adhesive and an unopened mortar. I asked to return these unused sacks (that had been kept indoors in the dry) but my request was declined "we don't accept returns of powdered goods". A very unsound environmental policy.”

“Very good overall but ran slightly short of slips.. redeliver charges pretty extortionate for existing customers. Great look in a new kitchen, so overall very pleased.”
