“I'd give 0 stars if possible. We ordered the London Yellow slips. When we opened the delivery, it was clear the bricks were not yellow, they were red/brown. I contacted the support email to have the bricks replaced, only to receive a patronising email claiming they were simply wet, and suggesting I put them on a radiator (all 900 of them?). Despite sending broken slips, in the wrong colour/wrong product... they are now demanding a restocking fee, and for me to bear the cost of returns delivery- which is illegal to do so when the product is either damaged or incorrect - in this case, both. They've since sent a further patronising email with freshly wet bricks at their offices. When put next to the ones I have received, it's clear to see they are not one and the same. No amount of water will turn a yellow brick to a red/brown colour.”
