“Excellent and efficient service. Delivery well organised. Some items damaged in delivery but replaced with no question or fuss. Can't fault TBS Cladding. The brick slips, adhesive, grout and other items were as described and didn't disappoint. Would use them again.”

“Brilliant Product, looks great on our wall, lovely realistic blend of colours. The Service is lacking, however. After waiting 9 days after placing an order to be delivered in 7-10 days, I checked my account to find that the order had been cancelled. I did not receive an email to say this, and certainly did not receive a refund. On calling the helpline, the helpful individual I spoke to expressed concern and took my details in order to investigate. I was told there was a system error which is where the sale fell down. I was happy to accept this as it was beyond anyone's control. I was told that delivery would be early next week (it is Thursday as I write this) and when I mentioned that my builders are only here until Tuesday and asked if they could arrange next day delivery, I was told that Slips From Stock were too busy and then heard a supervisor rudely say delivery was 7-10 working days anyway, so I'd "just have to wait until next week regardless". The website does not specify working days, which is misleading - I would suggest that this is updated to prevent future confusion - but I take issue with a supervisor speaking like that within earshot of a customer. great product, but the service from more senior staff members is lacking.”

“Still waiting for samples can’t do the job until customer has decided which slips to go for I hope when I order for the whole job it doesn’t take this long (over 2 weeks )”
