About Sleep Earthed:

Sleep Earthed manufacture Earthing Bed Sheets and Pillowcases in our own manufacturing plant in Leominster in rural Herefordshire.

Our products are expertly made, tested rigorously in production and are of fabulous quality.

The Earthing products are designed to give you a better nights sleep, so you sleep longer and deeper than before. Earthing is not a new science but when you read more deeply into it, you will find that the benefits go way beyond improving your sleep.

All of the other companies out there selling these types of product have them totally made in China and we are very different to that.

“I brought a pillow case from sleep earth as I already a earthing sheet and I suffer with chronic migraines and headaches. They have definitely improved since using the pillow case and if I do get a headache or migraine I lay down on the pillow case and it it helps so much . Would definitely recommend 😁”

“Appears to work as far as I can tell - Earth excuse the pun is going through a difficult transition at the moment - so adding anything to help figh against 5G and the rest of the mayhem.... V for instance can only be a good thing - anything that helps the blood flow that counteracts a fair few people taking some experimental substance which seems to have caused no end of problems and caused shedding to the rest of us.”

Hello Polly and thank you for the review...... Depending on what you were trying to achieve with the Earthing Pillow Case, we note that you got it around the 17th January 2024. Its likely that you've been using it for around 2-3 weeks at most as a guess. For most people who buy from us, they are looking for it to help them sleep better. For some its almost an instant positive improvement and for some at the other end of the spectrum it can take months for it to make a difference. These would be the long suffering insomniacs. In todays society when we are used to "click and collect" and "take two Nurofen and the headache goes away", using natural therapies like Earthing, the result may take a little longer. Thanks for your review Alison, We don't know what kind of issues you were trying to help or solve by using our Made To Measure Earthing Bed Sheets, but from my screen here I can see that you've had it for just 5 weeks now. Also FYI we are the only company in the world that does "Made To Measure" Earthing Sheets and we make them in the UK. All the others out there including the cheap ones on eBay or Amazon are made to variable quality in China. https://www.sleepearthed.co.uk/earthing-pillow/uk-consumer-rights-buying-direct-from-china-pitfalls/ With Earthing, it takes a certain time for it to start to produce results. It's also different for different people. For say insomniacs, it can take many months to see results. Please have a look a the below blog post and persevere as you might be surprised with the results. https://www.sleepearthed.co.uk/earthing-sheet/how-long-does-it-take-for-earthing-to-work-for-me/ Also its important to have direct skin contact with the sheet and not to put another sheet over the top of it as so many people do, until they realise this won't get them the results they need. “Lovely soft fabric which I have placed across the bottom half of the bed. In 5 days of using the sheet i have noticed a reduction in my anxiety and better quality sleep. My OH, who is diabetic has been able to reduce his insulin by 6 units per day. Looking forward to hopefully seeing improvements in BP, neuropathy, sleep apnea, etc”

“My sleep is quite a bit improved but as this is quite soon after purchase I don't feel that this is yet very accurate. I am sure that if you contact me after a month or two I will have many more good things to say. I did make a separate earth to a new copper spike outside rather than use the house wiring earth. Hello Trevor and thanks for the review...... Its great to see you've been noticing a difference. We are just a little concerned about your earthing spike though....... In the leads we use, there is a 100 Kilo Ohm resistor built in and this is a safety measure against earth faults or lightning strikes on your home. If this is removed or not used, it could be a safety issue. If you need more advice on this please let us know..... Enjoy your Earthing journey ! “This sheet is the best thing I've ever bought to help with my Arthritis & Fybro , the first 3 nights I slept for 9 hours but woke with a headache but now I wake after 8 hours sleep feeling so much better in myself . I Carn't say all my pain has gone (perhaps that's asking to much )but hopefully time will tell on that one .”

“Can’t recommend highly enough. Was worried about making the right choice comparing with other brands - wanting to get one that was quality and would work well - and the quality (and its function) is TANGIBLE. Not just ethereal / esoteric. First night I lay in it it took me 2 hours to get to sleep, because all the tension I hadn’t realized was present was grounding into the earth, washing off my body (suddenly evident thanks to the difference in potential). It was uncomfortable, but then I slept like a baby. Very transformative. I wish everyone had one of these ☺️ thanks guys! (Lying on mine right now ;))”

Sorry it was just a 2 Star review, but we find that if you are just using a mat at home its kind of a supplement the main earthing you can do which is the bed sheet. That's going to give you around 7-8 hours consistently per night. Sadly it's unlikely anyone ( even the very patient ones amongst us ) can stand on a mat for 8 hours straight. “It's the best purshase I've ever made! I used to have issues with falling asleep, staying asleep and I would also wake up very tired every morning with aches all over my body especially my back, I would basically wake up not refreshed and grumpy because of the aches, it felt like I was in battle all night. But since I bought the bed sheet my nights are completely different, I feel refreshed and if my daughter wakes me up at 3am I would wake up feeling like I've had my 8 hours sleep already, no more aching in the morning and it's really made a difference in my daily life along with the mat. It's true when they say you really need to try it to understand what it can do to your body. Thank you for this amazing product!”
