“I was initially quite upset to get a piece of slate with unfortunate words because my Mum died recently. However the company put the matter right very quickly so I was pleased with the end result. I am sure it was just a mix up. I don’t usually say negative stuff when things go wrong with orders but it was because of a bereavement I recently experienced but all good now”

“I purchased a bespoke Welsh Slate house sign. The design process what easy and realistic. The quality of the materials outstanding but there was a mistake in production identified on delivery. I emailed to ask for help and received nothing but support from the very helpful team. They adjusted and improved the design, shared an updated image with me to confirm my agreement and then sent a replacement within a week. Simply stunning quality and really helpful post-sales support. 10/10. Thank you. Just brilliant! :-)”

“Cannot fault this company, the staff were so understanding and accommodating, I had to change my order, due to resituating the memorial, after a misunderstanding and they were so helpful.
