“I can’t comment on the product as it has been bought as a present for friends in France which brings me to my disappointment. I accept that £20 postage is high but understandable however I was not prepared for a further customs charge of 16.50 euros. I was advised that this is in the terms and conditions but it should be highlighted within the price payable. A cheeseboard costing just under £27 has cost £37 to deliver.”
