“Previously shopped with valley mill and excellent service. However, on this occasion, delivery was due by 31/01, but item had still not arrived on 04/02. Gift was for a birthday today. No tracking information provided, so unable to track order.”

“Order processed very quickly and arrived within few days. Very good for saying it was still in the festive season and new year. We loved the orange fragrance filling our home, after buying one locally and decided to get another two through the company. We shall go on to enjoy them for next few months, i guess. (One thing I'm not too keen on is the wooden wick, which takes alot of lighting after the first use, even though i do take off the blackened bits. So thats why i only gave it four stars. But overall very good, thank you. ) HTC”

“I first came across Valley Mills candles in a gift shop when on holiday in Wales some years ago. It was the range of interesting fragrances (particularly Bara Brith) that caught our attention. The candles come with a slate coaster which then introduced us to the wide range of slate products available from coasters to house signs. I was happy to find their products on line (which saved bulk buying when we returned to Wales on holiday) The quality of the products has kept us as regular customers for over four years. I would recommend Valley Mill products”
