“Bought as a present for my brothers birthday and he absolutely loved it. Very good quality. They are going to seal the slate to protect the engraving so that it can stay outside all winter.”

“My plaque was ordered on line on a Sunday, I had requested 2 changes to the plaque, expecting to be told that I would have to have the item as described, however on Tue I had notification that it had been despatched, by lunchtime it was delivered complete with the changes requested. That is good service, yes I would use them again and yes I would recommend them to others, I would class my experience of their customer service as excellent.”

Hi Annis, I can see that your house sign was dispatched yesterday (20th) and so should arrive with you and is out for delivery today. We gave an estimated date of the 18th July for delivery, but this is only an estimate and so times can vary. We do apologise that this hasn't hit the estimate, but we do feel that a 1-star review is quite unfair and can be quite damaging to such a little business as ourselves!
