“I am very pleased with the slate cheese board I purchased. I found ordering the inscription on line a bit of a challenge as I didn't understand some of the symbols . I found the assistant helpful on the phone so eventually I could put the order through. I have purchased from valley mill in Swansea and llansamlet in the past , I'm only sorry that the only method of purchase is on line”

“I cannot recommend this company more. I ordered a personaliesd welsh slate photo frame for my wife with a welsh phrase as the personalisation. We are emigrating to Australia and her welsh heritage is extremely important to her. I was late ordering due to my own fault! The company not only accomodated this but messaged to say I had a typo in the phrase (I am not a welsh speaker) and would i like it adjusted. They specifically rushed the order to ensure it arrived before we flew. When the frame arrived it was better quality than i could have hoped for - the detailing exactly as per the website. This kind of customer service combined with the highest quality productis unbelievably rare and it meant a great deal to my wife and I. Thank you to the people at Valley Mill.”
