“I placed my order on the 13.09.2024 and was given an expected delivery date of 14.10.2024. As I was going to be away on that date I changed the delivery address to that of my daughter and asked if someone could be available to take delivery. There were no updates to confirm when the item may have been dispatched and when we may expect delivery. On my return home on the 25.10.2024. there had been no communication or delivery. I emailed the company on the 28.10.2024 attaching the original order and invoice and proposed delivery date. I received a reply very promptly (I suspect the item must have been overlooked, either not completed or just not posted) and then received notifications of dispatch and delivery details. I am very pleased with the stone that arrived, I'm just glad there wasn't a memorial service pre arranged for the weekend after I arrived home on the 25.10.24.”
