“Easy to book online and teachers were nice with the kids.
But it was very difficult to get information on the class once it was booked : we only got "call the school" or "see with your agency"... the meeting point was "Pas de la casa" and I had to call 3 numbers to get an actual place IN Pas de la Casa.”

I had a good experience with SkiBro. I was sick on the first day that I was supposed to have a lesson and they easily changed it to a later date to fit in my schedule. However when booking my lessons I was asked where I was staying so they could arrange a meeting point. As I as booking a private 1 on 1 lesson it would have been great if the instructor meet me somewhere close to where I was staying instead of having to show up to a shop. It should be common practise when booking a private lesson that your instructor/company work in with you to make you have the best experience and make it feel all about you. I had a great instructor on Saturday and he really pushed me and make me feel like I had improved. However my instructor on Sunday it seemed was more about just getting the lesson over with and never pushed me or allowed for me to improve as my technique wasn’t quite there yet. I felt as if she just did the lesson because she was free and was constantly asking me if I wanted to finish and to tell her anytime if I wanted to go back early or have a break which made me feel like she didn’t want to be there. Overall my experience was pretty average and I certainly didn’t feel like I got a A class service for booking a private ski lesson considering the money that was spent.”

“Think interface between you and insructor is poor or they are busy teaching trying to contact you and update their diary, which caused issues to start. Had I know I could contact you/email and explain what I was after and/or agreed with ski instructor, it would have been easier and saved all lot of time. In end, all was sorted and was pleased the end sorting/contact so you came good, thanks Minty for that”
“The person who I talked to was a little woozy such as when I asked what the cost did not include service charge nor the discounts for being a GB ski club nor did ask me for membership number which she really should as much for giving a discount when they may be not a member as well the ski club who works hard to get discounts for its members if they join the club.NOT GOING TO ANSWER ANY MORE TILL I HAVE HAD MY LESSON TOMORROW!!

“Skibro is very good at communication and response times are good. They offer a wide range and selection which is great. The website is a little frustrating as times/ dates listed as available by ski schools were not available following booking so refunds had to be made. I realise it is a busy time to book, so accuracy of availability is important especially if money is taken upfront before confirmation of booking.”
“Booked and paid for 2 person ski lessons with Evolution 2. Received a text to say booking had not been accepted and to rebook. Same lessons, same length £55 more expensive because of high season. ??????”
“Booked one set of lessons with no issues at all. However, the second set of lessons have been a nightmare. Every time ive tried, the booking is accepted, payment is taken, and then a few days later its cancelled ! I think i'm still about £665 out of pocket (for a £200 lesson cost), although i guess (i hope) the refund will arrive soon !”

Schools & instructors are in control of their pricing & availability which can change rapidly during peak parts of the season such as now - so I apologise that your booking request was affected. “pour une reservation éloigner je recommande. Par contre mauvaise experience pour une reservation de moins de 48h. Je reserve un cours la veille pour le lendemain midi. l'argent est encaisser mais le jour J toujours pas de reponse. Je decide de prendre le cours sur place pour le lendemain et de payer sur place. le jour de mon cours on me fait une proposition pour le cours de la veille plus le jour de mon cours, je refuse, on me dit on va vous rembourser mais retourner chez le prestataire faite vous rembourser et on refais la manoeuvre sur notre site .... Un casse tete chinois ou le prestataire et skibro se renvoie la balle alors que javais déja réglé le soucis et en plus on me dit de ne pas m'enerver que c'est pas de leurs fautes ... cest sure cest pas avec votre argent qu'on joue surtout quil n'y avait ni prelevement ni remboursement encore actif sur ma banque. donc j'aurai eu potentiellement 400 euro qui se balade de gauche a droite. Et en plus la messagerie sur le site est incomprehensible.”
