“The person who I talked to was a little woozy such as when I asked what the cost did not include service charge nor the discounts for being a GB ski club nor did ask me for membership number which she really should as much for giving a discount when they may be not a member as well the ski club who works hard to get discounts for its members if they join the club.NOT GOING TO ANSWER ANY MORE TILL I HAVE HAD MY LESSON TOMORROW!!

“I received a call back on the same day that I placed my inquiry, from Minty who was polite, clear and helpful. She asked me my requirements and sent me an option straight away. Minty also followed up on my choice submittal and I received a confirmation within the hour for my private ski lesson.

“James Nutt from Skibro was amazing great customer service friendly kind and helpful.
In the end we couldn’t fly & ski as my brother became i’ll before the flight. We rang James who without question helped me get back one ski lesson cost from Ecole 360. Sadly the skiset company who’d i’d hired with the skibros discount wouldn’t refund my hire charge cost, but maybe they will reconsider as skibros were so good.
I will highly recommend booking with skibros but so take out travel insurance”
