But I was not able to chat through the app at all and so could not confirm back or communicate to the instructor before the class. Luckily she called me a few minutes before to confirm together and let me know who she was. The name on the confirmation and the actual instructor were different.”

“Ik had lessen gereserveerd op een bepaald tijdstip, dat op de website nog beschikbaar was. Jammer genoeg moest het tijdstip verandert worden omdat het toch niet beschikbaar was. De uren kwamen uiteindelijk helemaal niet meer overeen met wat oorspronkelijk het plan was.
Gelukkig kreeg ik snel bericht hierover en zullen ze toch nog proberen om aan onze wensen te voldoen.”
