“Booked ski school for my six year old daughter starting on the Sunday for 6 days, turned up this morning with my daughter only to be told that the lessons were cancelled for the full week leaving my morning turned upside down searching around ski schools with a 6 year old trying to get fixed up for lessons for the week.
Won’t be using again and still haven’t received a refund.”

Every time ive tried, the booking is accepted, payment is taken, and then a few days later its cancelled ! I think i'm still about £665 out of pocket (for a £200 lesson cost), although i guess (i hope) the refund will arrive soon !”
Hi James, I'm so sorry that you've experienced a declined booking on your Ski Lessons, we always want our customers to have a smooth booking process and have since reached out to the school to update their availability for this week. Schools & instructors are in control of their pricing & availability which can change rapidly during peak parts of the season such as now - so I apologise that your booking request was affected.
