“Booked one set of lessons with no issues at all. However, the second set of lessons have been a nightmare. Every time ive tried, the booking is accepted, payment is taken, and then a few days later its cancelled ! I think i'm still about £665 out of pocket (for a £200 lesson cost), although i guess (i hope) the refund will arrive soon !”
Hi James, I'm so sorry that you've experienced a declined booking on your Ski Lessons, we always want our customers to have a smooth booking process and have since reached out to the school to update their availability for this week. Schools & instructors are in control of their pricing & availability which can change rapidly during peak parts of the season such as now - so I apologise that your booking request was affected. “pour une reservation éloigner je recommande. Par contre mauvaise experience pour une reservation de moins de 48h. Je reserve un cours la veille pour le lendemain midi. l'argent est encaisser mais le jour J toujours pas de reponse. Je decide de prendre le cours sur place pour le lendemain et de payer sur place. le jour de mon cours on me fait une proposition pour le cours de la veille plus le jour de mon cours, je refuse, on me dit on va vous rembourser mais retourner chez le prestataire faite vous rembourser et on refais la manoeuvre sur notre site .... Un casse tete chinois ou le prestataire et skibro se renvoie la balle alors que javais déja réglé le soucis et en plus on me dit de ne pas m'enerver que c'est pas de leurs fautes ... cest sure cest pas avec votre argent qu'on joue surtout quil n'y avait ni prelevement ni remboursement encore actif sur ma banque. donc j'aurai eu potentiellement 400 euro qui se balade de gauche a droite. Et en plus la messagerie sur le site est incomprehensible.”
