In addition to his good technical Expertise we were particularly impressed by his pedagogical skills and his tact (as well as his patience) with the more unconfident people in our group. The only negative was that I was unable to use the Ski Club of Great Britain Discount code. The could have been an issue with Ski Bro, Ski Club GB or me and it would only have saved me 8% (less than £20) so it wasn't a major downside. I'd have given a 5 if I had been able to use the discount code.”
