We hope to be able to offer exploded drawings of all designs (including the design your own units) very soon, which will help considerably with part identification and assembly.
“Great product. Very good packaging and retry good instructions.
The videos make the build look ridiculously easy and, of course, it wasn’t. Some of the screw holes in the ladders were too small so we had to really fight to get the screws in - we managed with all but one.
Tightening the fixings inside the cupboards was also hard work but I think that was down to our design having small cupboards low down.
Overall though we absolutely love our unit.”
Hi Andy, thank you so much for the 5-star review. I'll investigate the screw holes at our side, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Occasionally there can be a build up of paint around the holes which might have been the problem.

The final unit looks good. It's very solid and secure.
I have one sugggestion/ improvement to the instruction guides. They are very clear about the structure of the product and the diagrams are very well presented, HOWEVER, I would have appreciated a step-by-step guide as to how to construct my particular unit... rather than general instructions. We went wrong on several occasions and had to deconstruct the frameworks in order to create our particular unit.
I realise that the whole system is designed for "custom" construction, but as we bought a specific unit a specific guide would have been appreciated.”

“The whole process was fairly seamless, deliveries arrived as promised with all boxes marked clearly so you know what goes with what.
The Shelves and cabinets are very easy to put together, there is a knack to attaching the cupboard doors which I clearly don't have! Got them on eventually though and adjustments to level said cupboard doors is easy - It all looks very nice and suits are living room perfectly.
I would say this is a very good product, happy with purchase and quality.”

Hi Phu, I'm very sorry that you feel the units are supplied with too few shelves. We see a mix of requirements from our customers regarding shelf quantities and have settled on one shelf per cupboard as our default quantity. Additional shelves are available to purchase from the site should more be required. I see that you have now purchased the additional shelves and hope you are happy with the storage solution you now have.
