“Products are great, but I was told they’d help take the boxes (for 3 units) up to our office on the 8th floor and when the driver showed up he just unloaded them on the street and I had to do the rest myself.”

“Great shelving and fantastic packaging - beautifully and safely packed & delivered - not a dented box anywhere. However, it would be useful to have labels on each of the 40 boxes we received to show what the contents were. Easy to spot with the bigger boxes, but the majority of smaller packages were very enigmatic. In the end, I resorted to manually opening all the boxes & writing the contents on the lid - shelf, divider, cupboard or cubby etc. This helped schedule the box fetch from the store.
Ultimately we were short of shelf support pins and over-ordered on the shelves. If we had used all of the shelves, there would not have been enough pins. What wasn't apparent at order time was that the cubbies don't necessarily need shelf panels and dividers around them to complete the unit and come with their own top shelf. Also slightly disturbing to find that the bottom layer of shelves was impossible to secure because they were so close to the floor - I left them loose in the end, but that shouldn't be a problem. They will be weighed down by the books. We avoided using the supplied plastic hole plugs preferring to leave the threaded holes in the frame members open - the plugs protruded above the frame surface & looked odd.
The result is so good that I forgive the niggles. Thank you.”
