“I am refurbishing my front door. I was able to find the exact door threshold at SDH and ordered online. However, I was struggling to find the right door seal on the internet, and thought i'd check with SDH. The owner answered the phone and was very helpful. He talked me through their website to an equivalent matching product, which I could then check dimensions were correct. The owner then added the door seal to my existing order to save on delivery. Very pleased with the great service and products!”

“I NEEDED A TRICKLE VENT TO FIT AN OLD UPVC WINDOW. THE OLD INTERNAL VENT DOOR WAS BROKEN AND MADE BY TITON. I FOUND AN EXACT MATCH ON THE TITON WEBSITE AND ORDERED IT FROM STOCKISTS SD HARDWARE, WHO POSTED IT TO ME VIA DHL, ALL THE WAY FROM CORNWALL TO NORTHUMBERLAND. GOOD SERVICE AND I WILL USE AGAIN AS THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE AND I CANNOT FIND THE PRODUCT LOCALLY. OH BYE THE WAY, IT FITTED EASILY AND WORKS GREAT. THANKS SD.”

“Excellent product that arrived within days. I replaced both top & bottom hinges even though only the bottom hinge was damaged during high winds. Particularly impressed with the easy to use 90 deg egress and cleaning option.”
