“I bought a Dewalt 18volt router from Scott Direct, l haven’t used it yet but I’m sure it will be just fine. What I would say about Scott Direct is the price was excellent along with the customer service, was informed on progress right down to the delivery hour. Can not fault them.”

“ordering was easy communication 1st class only thing that let it down was the actual delivery. DPD advised of the original delivery date, it was changed twice before the actual delivery arrived wet as if stored outside the box damaged luckily contents were well protected and nothing was lost or damaged. If it had not been for this I would have given 5 stars. From order to delivery, it took 6 days.”
