“Good service from Scott Direct but let down by courier. Scott policy appears to be that parcels cannot be left "in a safe place" and must be signed for. Was only made aware of this on day prior to delivery so changed delivery address to by neighbour , got an acknowledgment e mail. Unfortunately on the day of delivery courier tried to deliver to my address and left a card to this effect. Can't understand why courier didn't leave with my neighbour, this necessitated me making a 10 mile round trip to the nearest delivery hub which was the option. Communication was excellent I must say between Scott and myself but obviously no one told the courier, I get that leaving parcels in a safe place is contentious but we are all used to this now and have worked out options.”
