“Incredible customer support. I didn't put my door number on the order so emailed them straight away and within minutes they had replied. Next day delivery free too. Not that I am into 'tools', as was a present for my husband but certainly wouldn't hesitate to order again. Price also best on the internet, thats why I ordered from them. Really good experience. Highly recommend.”

“I recently bought a leaf blower online from Scott Direct & had nothing but great service. The online process was easy & simple. I immediately received an email confirming my order - and subsequent follow-up messages regarding delivery of my leaf blower. It was delivered ahead of schedule by DPD (great job by DPD too!) and I was kept informed of everything every step of the way. 5 out of 5 to Scott Direct - they've got it nailed 👏”

“Bought the Makita pruning saw for my wife as a Christmas gift so unable to give a review at this time. However, being Makita I expect it will be a good buy. Scotts Direct have been very good in keeping me informed of my purchase and a very quick despatch. Seem like a good company and would use them again.”
