“I had to call Scott Direct, as I received the wrong product. The following morning I had an email asking me to clarify what I had received. I sent them photographs of what I wanted and what I got. Within no time at all, I had an email to say that my order had been rectified and resent, it arrived the following day”

“Very rigid delivery times all when I was at work , not weekends, that would be too easy. Couldn't leave with a neighbour so I asked for a local partner pickup store. Received an email telling me to go collect but the items are not there. Went twice. Now the app is indicating the items are being returned to to scott direct. I'm wondering if these guys are legit.”
