“Fast Delivery”

“So far so good. I purchased a Makita tool set from Scott direct. I was a bit disappointed because some of the features seemed cheap, and the locking mechanism didn't work. I also thought that as they were Makita tools the spanners and sockets would have had the Makita brand, which they did not. I wasn't sure if the product I had purchased was fake or not. I decided to contact Scott direct and they asked me to contact Makita to make sure I was satisfied the product wasn't a fake. Which I thought was pretty good. Scott direct also told me they would be happy to arrange a pick up and sort the problem. To be fair for the price I paid I still think it was a good deal and I'm not massively bothered about the issues with the kit. I thought the locking mechanism was a cool idea but Im not overly bothered that is didn't work. And like I said Scott direct seemed quite happy to sort this out. To which I can't really be arsed to send the tool set back. So I will just make due.”

“By a far the best value supplier of the Makita mower I was after, add to that the friendly service provided by the sales team and the virtual next day delivery (considering it was a bank holiday weekend) and Scott Direct are definitely my new go to supplier.”

“First off I bought and paid for a power drill and battery kit that then turned out to be out-of-stock and discontinued. After accepting a substitute for immediate delivery there was a total failure of DPD to do deliver anything more than 'sorry we missed you' message when I was at home the whole time. Maybe 10 days after ordering something, I will received a substitute. Who knows? Not an experience I shall repeat.”
