“The purchase didn't go through using Mozilla Firefox, so I have called you and purchased a garden tool via phone. Although, the lady on the phone was very helpful and helped me out, she did not send me an invoice of purchase and now I cannot register on Makita.com for extended warranty. Delivery was super fast, the price was too good - half price than anywhere elsewhere, makes me think do you market research? One more thing: I did not order cable ties but received one. That's an obvious mixup on your side.”
