“My purchase of rock salt arrived promptly and so I would have awarded a full five for good customer service. However, the packaging did leave a bit of a worry. The plastic bag which contained the product was found to have several holes in it which allowed the product to be distributed over the floor. Perhaps this explains why the plastic bag was swathed in layers of bubble wrap. Apart from this little moan, I was otherwise moe than satisfied with my purchase.”

“I was a bit nervous about using an online company that I hadn't dealt with before but bit the bullet as their prices looked competitive. My nerves jangled when a website glitch meant my order didn't process and I thought I could be charged twice as after a couple of hours I had to re-enter my payment details to complete my order. After messaging my concerns to Scott Direct I received a reply from Arianne assuring me that my order had been processed for delivery the next day and that I would only be charged once. As promised my order arrived on time and the initial payment was cancelled. Excellent service from Scott Direct and Arianne. Thank you.”

“Good efficient service throughout, the only issue was the box the boots came in had a hole punctured in it, luckily it was directly between the two boots, so there was no damage to them. I have photos if you need them to discuss it with the courier. Mike.”
