“I was impressed by the speed of delivery. I thought the Makita looked slightly dirty and the packaging slightly damaged on delivery. It felt like someone may have used it previously and returned it to them. But this is only a minor grumble. The Makita works well.”

“I found dealing with Scott direct very straight forward and based on good prices and stock range would recommend them and will certainly be keen to use them again. Regrettably using DHL as the courier was not satisfactory and the poor service could cause reputational damage by association.”

The order process was simple, and the follow up messages from Scott Direct progressing the order and delivery was efficient and effective. This was on top of the extremely good value at which they priced this item. Goodbye Screwfix and Toolstation, my future DIY needs will be targeted to Scott Direct.”
