Studying at the SBTL is less strenuous and more useful. The courses are well structured, and the materials are first class. Their support team was always ready to help me whenever I sent a message.

Not impressed with the support. The formative assessment was very inconsistent and the increase from £190 to £300 for a 6 month extension is excessive. There was no explanation as to why such a huge hike in price. I am on a WhatsApp group with other students and I won’t be recommending.

fees are okay, the delay in response is the biggest issue. it can take week to get a reply and anytime i want to book an appointment with a tutor, it always get changed or cancelled. i work 9-5 and they are not available to speak to after 5! this is an online school, why arent you available 24/7,if not atleast till 8 or 9 to give students time and accommodate to our needs and not urs. sometimes their explanaion is hard to understand and very short. i would need to then clarify and then wait another couple days to get a reply. overall its been quite annoying and have had to change my study schedules a lot once i get their reply. it should not be taking this long to hear back

Review of L7 Diploma Online Training: Challenges in Distance Learning I recently enrolled in the L7 Diploma via online training, and unfortunately, my experience has been not as good as I hoped for. While the course material itself is of decent quality, several issues have made the learning process far from ideal for me personally. Firstly, the nature of distance learning presents significant challenges, particularly in terms of communication. The delay in responses from tutors has been a constant source of frustration. On multiple occasions, I found myself waiting days, sometimes even longer, for feedback or clarification on important topics. Furthermore, the language barrier has been another significant hurdle. While I appreciate that the tutors are knowledgeable, the difficulties in understanding their explanations due to language differences have made it even harder to absorb the material. The lack of visual communication has also been an issue. The fact that tutors do not always have their cameras on during sessions has made it challenging to fully engage in discussions and feel connected to the learning environment. For me, seeing the tutor’s facial expressions and body language is an essential part of effective communication, especially when tackling complex subjects. Overall, while the L7 Diploma online training offers some valuable content, the drawbacks of distance learning, particularly the slow response times, language difficulties, and limited visual communication, have significantly impacted my learning experience. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the course for future students.

I liked the support for students. Any time I had an issue, it was resolved within a day. The user experience for my course should be improved. One slide deck with 300+ slides was not easy to navigate and learn from. There should have been chapters in the module that a student could complete. The submission process was not clear at all. You need a one pager document for the students with the process flow and it should be part of the course, not sent via email at the beginning. The instructions were also missing links - for example it kept referring to plagiarism tool with no link in sight! So I had to contact the student support team. Those improvements will really help the students focus on the key task - learning and hopefully will help them achieve better results.

Delay in uploading workbooks in the LMS, this delay is not healthy as it makes it very difficult and you also set an expiration date for your courses, what happens when you did not upload the workbook and course expires?
