Tartan Beige runner is nice, as described, and delivery was quick. Only issue was the rug was wrapped in very flimsy plastic only, the plastic was completely ripped off both ends of the runner, so the binding got dirt smudges on both ends which I had to spot clean upon its arrival. Before I make a future purchase, I would want confirmation of better packaging.

On this part of your order it is not currently out of stock, it is the preparation time that is needed to produce the rug in the bespoke sizes that you requested. Le tapis est conforme au descriptif et a été mis rapidement en livraison. Mais l'attiude du transporteur - malhonnête - mériterait le remboursement de la livraison. Bien qu'elle soit prévue à domicile, à aucun moment DHL ne semple envisager d'y passer, malgré la date fixée par lui. Son objectif est de nous faire déplacer à un point de retrait. J'ai ainsi attendu en vain la livraison qui était prévue à domicile, avec les désagréments que cela comporte.

Prices were decent but items were shipped in cheap plastic that was ripped & coming off the carpet runners. Had it been raining or snowing it would have been a disaster and we were fortunate that the items weren't snagged/torn. For what I paid, shipping needs to be better.

The rug I ordered was not worth the money so I'm trying to return it, but it's not made very easy to return, they really need to put return labels in the parcel so if you want to return it it's simple

Item is nice but delivery took months wasn’t clear before ordering the delay for the order when it would arrive. The item is ok for what it is price possibly abit high for what it is but still ok

Sent the wrong rug. The right one has now been sent. Helpful staff but that mistake shouldn't have happened!

1 foot long samples arrived a few days after when DHL announce it was delivered. DHL's tracking information is pathetic. No final delivery address is provided on their website so when it does not arrive on the day DHL says it arrived, you want to know what address it was mailed to. No such luck.

Overall good products and lots of choices. Website needs to be kept up to date. My first two choices were discontinued yet, still listed with.photos. Very disappointing! Bill

I found the pricing structure rather confusing. What does the initial price written by the carpet actually mean. We were shocked that the carpet of our choice in the length required was over £700. How was this calculated? Gill Batchelor

We have brought from this company before and ws really happy with the rug we got. Although one is a beautiful rug I don't think it is the same quality as the last one. Would not stop me from buying from them again.

Firstly, let me say that I think the quality of the stair carpet runners we have bought so far from runrug.com have been excellent, they appear to be a very hard-wearing material which should prove well for installing on a staircase. We also ordered a hall runner of the same material. This has been in place for 3 months or so now and continues to curl on the ends to form a tripping hazard; we've laid heavy weights on each end for several weeks but that doesn't help much and so we'll have to semi-stick it down to prevent curling. I wouldn't buy hall runners in this material again. In addition, the shipping from the UK to the US was extremely fast on both orders we've placed so far. Now the not so good. We ordered 2 identical stair carpet runners on 2 different dates within the last 6 months. However, whoever does the cutting at their warehouse or factory is very poor at their work, or just doesn't pay attention. These stair carpet runners have been installed on 2 staircases in our house that run one onto to the other via a landing over 3 levels in the house. The major issue is that they have not been cut anywhere near symmetrically (as you'll notice on the borders of one of the stair carpet runners – see attached photos). Even though they were both ordered as the standard 2' 8" width you'll see that the borders are NOT anywhere near even on either side on the latest stair runner we ordered! Everyone who visits us is commenting on this as you can see both sets of stair case runners when walking up or down them. We’re very unhappy about this. I must say it doesn't reflect well on runrug.com quality control / care on checking orders prior to shipping. As a consequence, I'd find it hard to recommend runrug.com until they can re-assure an improvement in their quality control. We'll certainly be looking elsewhere in the future.

We completely understand your frustration regarding the uneven borders, and we regret that this issue wasn’t identified during our quality checks before reaching you. This is infact a manufacturing defect, as we only cut the runners to specific lengths, from a roll. We will report this to the manufacturer, immediately. While it is our usual policy not to accept returns after installation, we value your satisfaction and want to make this right. If you are willing to remove the runner, we would be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you, as we also would have done before it was installed. Rug looked beautiful and great quality however when you walked on it it left footprint outlines . I thought they would drop of quickly but it remained visible. As it would be in the hall which is a main walkway it wasn’t possible for it to look good so I had to return it.

Footprints can become visible due to factors such as the rug's pile direction, density, and the way the light reflects off the fibres. In many cases, footprints will naturally become less noticeable over time as the rug adjusts to its environment and settles into place. Exspected a better quality its to thin and light and no good for a tiled floor" it keeps sliding when walking on it and you have to put it back in place again and again. Sorry but Wouldn't by again definitely not worth £31 pound.

With the product you've purchased, it has a material backing so we recommend using a non-slip rug underlay to prevent the rug from sliding and moving. Alternatively, we do have many different styles of rugs in our inventory and many of them have a rubber backing, which makes them perfect for use on wood or tiled floors.
