“The stair rug arrived quickly which was great, but it had lots of snags. Customer service seem very unhelpful , say to cut off the snags and try not to use in “high traffic” areas ! I said it’s for stairs so high traffic, they reply saying it should be ok but maintain it ! Not happy but have been offered to return it so will probably do that although the returns windows are not very flexible! Not impressed .”

“I've been looking for an extra wide carpet for a long time. I stumbled across your website and found a 3'9" wide x 11' carpet. The size was exactly what I needed for my entryway so that my wood floors wood be protected instead of laying towels for winter boots and doggie wet feet. It's not a plush carpet and it looks more office-like but it does serve its purpose and fits in with our color scheme. I'm pleased with this purchase and will check to see Afrikaans Green is ever made in the width and length as that would perfect for my needs. But, I am completely satisfied with this purchase, and delivery was super fast! Thank you, Joanne 9/26/2023”

“Lovely rug and matching mat. Had to wait a few weeks but I knew that when placed the order. Issue with the courier who didn't follow instructions and I was not aware the package would come in separate deliveries”
