“I purchased the Bombay Graphite runner for the hallway a while ago and it looks brilliant, so I then purchased early December a 100cm by 120cm Bombay Graphite runner for the front door ( inside ) to match. On delivery I noticed a manufacturing problem which was dealt with superbly by Joe from customer services and now we have a replacement which also looks brilliant. Thank you Runrug.”
