“Excellent Customer Service - I ordered two rugs initially and, although it said they were the same on the package, one was the wrong design. I phoned their customer service line and they were extremely helpful and sorted the issue out immediately. As a result I purchased a third rug from them which was also excellent - would highly recommend this company.”
