“First time the colors online matched the color received Beautiful Rug Runner -thinner than I anticipated but that was on me for not reading the description. “Easy to order but I had a few issues using PayPal. However, they were resolved with PayPal. My rug arrived very quickly and looked just as good as on the website. Very pleased!”

“I left a 4 start due to slight inperfections on the 3 rugs, so I had to use a lighter to fix, due to a few litttle niks. The way the rugs where packaged means the sides curled up when laid flat. Lastly the rug quality was not the same as the website, seems like the image on the site was alot better then the real thing. The website was also very slow, the UI and web speed needs a look at. Otherwise the great things ware the choice of size you can selectand speed of delivery. May consider buy from here again.”

“I'm extremely happy with my purchase from runrug. There was an issue with shipping which was not the fault of runrug. It was on the shipping company. I emailed runrug and was followed up by Joe. He stayed in contact throughout the process and it was nice to know someone was on top of it. Thanks again Joe.”

“Poorly packaged as wrapping was half hanging off when it arrived, their courier then decided to throw my rug behind my wheelie bin into mud.Never left a note either so it was there all weekend, could have been stolen...No email etc that confirmed delivery either.”

“Ordered a circular outside rug for the patio. Unfortunately they sent an oblong one but very quickly arranged return of that and supply of correct rug which exceeds expectations! It is grey with white dragonfly pattern and sets off the patio and grey furniture a treat - absolutely love it . . .”

“The stair runners we bought are beautiful, it's just that both came longer than what we ordered and we weren't given any customer contact info from the company to contact about this. Seems like it would be more of a hassle to return them so we just made do with long runners. Now, they're pretty but they cover our stair landing and also extend out onto the floor before the stairs.”

“I am happy with this carpet so far, it looks good, and it came fast. It covers a pretty large entrance area, which is why we purchased for. It's not slippery and easy to clean, in other words it's the carpet we wanted.”
