Service was fine. The rug itself was not what I expected, very hard to walk on in bare feet. I was hoping for something softer, a little more plush.

I can see that you've purchased one from the Aztec range, this product is described on our website to have a fairly coarse feel to it, it has a firm feel and offers little comfort. This product is not made to be luxurious, it is made to be very durable and practical. We do have lots of different ranges to choose from! Paid £5 for next day delivery which should have been 15th Feb. It is now 21st and no delivery received. Any company using Evri is asking for trouble, useless system that never improved at at alm after it name change from Hermes.

Hi Nom, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear of the delay with your delivery. I can see that we did dispatch it on time, however, for some reason there was a delay on the couriers side. Of course, this is out of our control but we do sincerely apologise on their behalf and we of course, will be happy to look into what is causing this delay. - We will also be issuing you with a refund for the £5.00 that was paid. I can however, now see from the tracking that the shipment was delivered this morning at 09:00am. This is great news. Although I paid for nxt day delivery rug did not arrive till day 3 so wasn't too happy I thought quality wS good but dissapointed in colours the one in pic on your website looked bright the one I got is very dull not much colour that apart its ok

I am very pleased with the rug, the quality and the fit as seen in picture and would not hesitate to use them again. Just one small point (the reason for 3 stars) I paid an extra £6 for next day delivery but the rug took 5 days to arrive. Hermes/Evri were blamed, but I have not been offered my £6 back. Not even for good customer relations. next time I order, I will leave it to standard delivery as it would have come in the same amount of time.

Upon investigating the matter, we noticed that there have been a small number of customers encountering similar delays recently. After thorough examination, we've identified that some shipments have not been properly scanned in at the depot. Our initial assessment suggests a technical issue with the courier's scanning system. Please rest assured that we are actively working on rectifying this matter with our courier partner. We believe this to be an isolated incident and not indicative of an ongoing problem. Nonetheless, we are taking every necessary step to ensure that such delays are minimised in the future. With regards to the £5.00 next day delivery fee, we of course will be reimbursing you for this! I ordered a runner for next day delivery. It arrived after 6 days. I emailed them twice. Spoke to their customer services over the phone couple of times and everytime they told me that they are going to refund my next day delivery charges but it never heppened. Very disappointing

With regards to your £5.00 refund, I can see that it was passed over to our finance team, on Friday afternoon. I am afraid due to us being closed over the weekend, this wasn't processed for you until Monday morning. Naturally, refunds on credit/debit cards are not instant. This should show back in your available balance, generally within 2-3 business days. Thank you.

Reason 4 star is colour very different to picture on website. Very pleased with quality. We will learn to live with as not too bad a match but much darker than we anticipated. Have tried to add picture using iPhone but unsuccessful.

The rug I purchased, seems to be quite good quality. And the customer service at the aftersales point was great. However the delivery service they use "EVRI" (previously known as Hermes) is a poor delivery system. It seems despite the name change they still loose parcels for days!. My order was paid for as a next day delivery, but the parcel was lost for almost 1 week. Which resulted in RunRug sending me a second rug, and then returning the first one which arrived a few days later. It seems a lot of messing around to save a pound or two on shipping charges. Which is a shame for the company, because other than the terrible delivery the company itself (RunRung) seem very fair. For this reason I can only give 3 stars as an overall experience. Had delivery been better it would be 5 stars. This could well be a one off incident and I would use RunRug again, so please do not be put off by my review. I simply have to score as I see it which does include the delivery system used.

You made me pay another 45.00 to UPS after I already paid on the internet. That is BS!

Hi James, Thank you for leaving us a review. We are very sorry to hear you have received this charge. Unfortunately we've been experiencing a technical problem where our system has failed to supply the courier with some of our customers invoices. This is then leading to them needing to collect all duties/taxes from the customer, instead of us. If they had received the invoices originally, they'd have just charged our account, as they normally do. As explained in our email response to you, we are more than happy to issue you with a refund for this charge. I can see that this has already been passed over to our finance department and the payment should be back on your card within 2-3 business days. Thank you.

Wrong coloured rug was sent so got in touch with the office and in 2 working days we received the right one,very professional and courteous service,also excellent quality rugs, will definitely use the company again.
