“Overall good products and lots of choices. Website needs to be kept up to date. My first two choices were discontinued yet, still listed with.photos. Very disappointing! Bill”

“Excellent Service. Speedy delivery, especially after submiting incorrect measurement and receiving a replacement, which was taken care of with absolute no fuss or problem by the customer services. Would definitely buy from them again or recommend. Good quality as well.”

“firstly our rug was delivered on time in brilliant condition and even better quality than we expected from the pictures...excellent start ! “These guys have been great. Everything we ordered arrived earlier than we expected and well packaged. The runners we are installing are stunning in the hallway and stairs. We purchased non slip runners and when they say non slip they really mean NON SLIP. Any time we need carpets in the future I will be checking with Runrug.”

“Looks and feels lovely but oh my days it won’t stay in any kind of position. It walks quicker than I do. And as soon as you step on it it gets speed bumps. Have ordered some fixings because it’s the only way it will be functional.”
