“I appreciate being able to get a rug runner in the exact dimensions that I needed. The DHS service was a little funky, and hard to know if real or a scam. I had to go online because they said there was an address problem. The problem was of their creating, as I did not put a 9 digit zip code in when I signed for delivery, only a 5 digit one. The wrong zip code must have been machine created, causing an unnecessary delay. I received the delivery today. While an oriental rug in design, I find it to have a much brighter red than what appeared online. I hope my wife can live with it.”

These specific rugs don't require any binding on the edges therefore, they can just be straightened up with a sharp box-cutting knife. Is this something you think you'd be able to do? “Stair carpet had a fault that was visible after I laid the carpet. after They sent me a piece to replace that bit. So carpet will have a join. I have a bad heart so it’s an effort to relay. Not really happy as the carpet should’ve been checked before it was sent”

As you mentioned in your review, we were able to provide you with an additional piece of carpet to replace the section that had a line fault, free of charge. We are sorry but we cannot accept returns on products that have already been installed. We hope you understand this. We would like to reassure you that 9 times out of 10, stair carpets are installed in smaller sections, and when installed correctly, you cannot see any joins in the carpet, due to the creases in the stairs.
