“The runner arrived promptly and the ordering,tracking process was good. I ordered 2 kitchen runners, they arrived rolled up. One had been rolled with the rubber on the outside which meant that when I laid it on the floor it curled up. I had to roll it the other way and leave in the the sun for it to curl the other way. After a couple of days it was flat. Also the cut edge was not exactly square on. The runner has some some darker patches running across the width. It looks hard wearing and doesnt slip. With hindsight, I would rather have the cut edge finished instead of than just cut, and wish I had just gone to Carpetright so I could see what I was getting. Haven't tried to vacuum yet.”

“Nice hallway runner, good to be able to cut to size (in 30cm lengths at least). It looks good and doesn’t slide about on the wood, time will tell if it rucks up with use. It’s quite thin (hence the 4* not 5*) which may be just a product of being flatweave, but does make it feel a little insubstantial. ETA - I realise I reviewed the product not the company so amended to 5* as no complaints at all - quick delivery and decent price”

“Very quick delivery of runner, grippers and underlay. Not fitted yet but feels good quality and the runner is finished very neatly. I'm sure it will be perfect for our staircase.”

“We have now had 3 runners from runrug. We have not been disappointed with any of them. There is a good range of colours, sizes and patterns and we were able to visualise the chosen runner in our hall before purchase, making it easier to choose just the right one. Would recommend them highly. Delivery was quick too!”

“A very positive experience with Runrug - Ordered the rug at around 2.30pm, paid for next day delivery and it was delivered the next day mid morning. The rug and the anti-slip runner is exactly as specified on their website and I am very pleased - so much so that I ordered another rug the following day and had the same excellent service. The carrier's online tracking facility worked impeccably and kept me informed about my parcel's whereabouts. I would definitely recommend to others to use them b”
