Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The Cheops rug you've purchased is infact one of our best sellers! However, we do understand that it does not have your average thick, plush pile. It is just a different style of carpet. The products thickness is listed in the product information on our website (5.4mm) and we do also explain that it has a "firm feel and offers little comfort. This product is not made to be luxurious, it is made to be very durable and practical". We do understand that people will have different tastes and preferences.
