“Really impressed with my hallway runner. Second runner I have purchased from this company. Ordered wrong size they were happy to exchange for right size. Very professional service would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to use again.”

“I experienced the poorest customer service ever with this company. We ordered a sample of the runner we were considering for our stairs. When the order status changed to "dispatched" we expected to receive a tracking number in order to follow it to delivery. Nothing was ever received so after a week I submitted a customer contact form requesting status - no response. A few days later I called customer service during their office hours and left a detailed voice message since no one picked up - again no response. I also emailed their help address - again no response. The sample showed up finally, 8 days after it was dispatched. I do like the sample and think it would look great on my stairs, but I am hesitant due to the level of service I've received to date.”

“I bought this rug for my hallway. This company were the only ones i could find that did the length i wanted. The rug is well made and looks fantastic. Really feels nice underfoot. I would highly recommend.”

“Very pleased wanted a hall carpet which went with floor tiles and stair carpet. This matched well and is a nice feel on feet. Also stays in place. We love it.”
